Internship Description
eReleGo is looking for a dynamic, responsive, and detail-oriented person to be a part of the Customer Service team. This position is ideal for someone who has a keen sense of customer service, is willing to understand technology products, and is willing to roll his/her sleeves and get hands dirty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support and Troubleshooting.
- User onboarding assistance.
- Basic performance monitoring.
- Client communication and feedback collection.
- Documentation and learning.
- Renewal and business growth.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or any relevant field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (PPT).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well in a team.
