๐Ÿ” Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify emerging trends in educational travel, potential markets, and competitor activities.

Partnership Development: Forge and nurture relationships with schools, universities, educational consultants, and other stakeholders to promote study tour programs.

Sales & Enrollment Management: Drive enrollment by presenting study tour packages, addressing client inquiries, and guiding prospects through the registration process.

Event Representation: Represent the organization at educational fairs, webinars, and other promotional events to attract potential participants.

Proposal & Presentation Development: Create tailored proposals and presentations that highlight the benefits and unique aspects of the study tour programs.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with past participants and partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from participants to assess program effectiveness and collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements.

๐Ÿง  Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 1โ€“2 years in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the education or travel industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and partners.

CRM Proficiency: Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track leads and manage client interactions.

Travel Willingness: Willingness to travel for site visits, partner meetings, and promotional events.

Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and the ability to work in an international context.
