We are seeking a knowledgeable and empathetic Educational Counsellor specializing in MBBS admissions to guide aspiring medical students through the process of selecting the right medical colleges and programs, both in India and abroad. The counsellor will provide detailed information on eligibility, application procedures, entrance exams (NEET, FMGE, etc.), and visa processes (for international admissions).
Provide one-on-one or group counselling sessions to students and parents.
Assist students in understanding MBBS admission processes in India and abroad (Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, Philippines, etc.).
Help students identify suitable universities based on academic performance, career goals, and financial capacity.
Offer detailed information on NEET requirements and post-MBBS licensing exams like FMGE/NExT.
Guide students through the application, documentation, and admission procedures.
Stay updated with changes in admission criteria, seat availability, and university rankings.
Maintain follow-ups with prospective and enrolled students throughout the admission cycle.
Collaborate with university representatives and overseas partners.
Handle enquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Attend and conduct education fairs, webinars, and seminars.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in education, psychology, or life sciences). A background in MBBS or healthcare is a plus.
Prior experience (1–3 years) in educational counselling, preferably in MBBS or higher education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of global medical education systems.
Empathy, patience, and attention to detail.
Fluency in English; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Multitasking and time management skills.
Confidence in public speaking and organizing counselling sessions
