About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and support various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee engagement,
and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR and develop their skills in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
Help maintain HR records, databases, and files.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and reports.
Handle basic administrative tasks related to HR operations.
Research best HR practices and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in MBA Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
