Position: Marketing & Outreach Intern
Type: Full-time, On-site Internship
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Location: 524, 5th Floor, Incubation Centre, IIITD, Okhla Phase III, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi
The intern will be responsible for driving marketing efforts and institutional outreach:
Manage and execute social media and Meta-based campaigns to enhance brand presence.
Generate leads for the company’s training programs, courses, and academic collaborations.
Create engaging social media content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) and manage the company’s social media accounts.
Convert leads into conversions through timely communication and follow-ups.
Conduct outreach and partnership initiatives with universities and colleges across India.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for events, webinars, and campaigns.
Track and report on campaign performance and lead progress.
A formal degree is not mandatory. We prioritize practical knowledge, creativity, and initiative. Candidates from any academic background with a genuine interest in marketing, communication, or EdTech are encouraged to apply.
Digital Marketing Knowledge:
Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, etc.) and how to grow engagement both organically and through paid campaigns.
Familiarity with lead generation and digital outreach strategies.
Basic grasp of email marketing, Google Forms, or CRM tools for tracking prospects.
Content Creation Skills:
Ability to create engaging social media content using tools like Canva, CapCut, IG Edits, or Adobe Express.
Strong sense of visual storytelling and audience engagement.
Understanding of how to align content with brand tone and target audience.
Communication & Outreach:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus).
Confidence in interacting with college representatives, students, and institutional partners.
Ability to handle professional email communication, proposals, and follow-ups effectively.
Analytical & Organizational Skills:
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and interpreting engagement metrics.
Organized approach to managing leads, campaign calendars, and outreach lists.
A self-starter who can work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Creative mindset with a passion for learning new marketing trends.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of assigned tasks.
Interest in the Healthcare, Data Science, and Education Technology domains.
Real-world experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and outreach strategy.
Exposure to the Healthcare Data Science and EdTech ecosystem.
