Real Estate Telecalling - Profile
We are looking for a Telecaller to boost our sales by communicating with current and possible customers/clients.
A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest a probable product or service.
To be able to provide the best tele calling experience, you must know how to convince the toughest of the client to purchase our offering.
(1) Must be able to handle real estate customers' inbound and outbound calls.Responsibilities
As a Telecaller, your primary role is to facilitate property transactions, connecting buyers with suitable properties and assist sellers in marketing and selling their properties. Your responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Modify sales pitches in response to customer demand.
- Acquiring and organizing contact information databases.
- Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer.
- Responsible for tele-calling as per the provided database.
- Candidate must be efficient in basic Word, Excel with good speaking & writing ability in English, must be computer literate with knowledge in Internet Surfing & Social Media Platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Keeping oneself updated about the recent upgrades and projects of the company.
- Responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our offers and fixing meetings for the sales team.
- Responsible for calling customers & answering their queries related to the product/services.
- Contact potential and existing customers to explain the product & services offered.
- Keep records of calls & inquiries and note useful information.
- Ask questions to the customer and understand their real estate requirements.
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program.
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales.

- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
