Job Overview:

AJA Properties is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team in Noida. This role focuses on selling Dubai real estate properties to potential buyers through cold calling and lead conversion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching investment opportunities, and closing deals remotely for the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling & Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential investors and buyers for Dubai properties.
  • Sales & Client Acquisition: Educate clients on investment opportunities, benefits, and ROI in Dubai’s real estate market.
  • Follow-ups & Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the buying process.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, property values, and competitive market landscape.
  • Sales Targets & Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to convert inbound leads and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, telesales, or business development, preferably targeting international markets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and cold calling skills.
  • Prior experience selling Dubai or international real estate is a plus.
  • Ability to handle objections and close high-ticket deals remotely.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
